REQUEST FOR FOOD DONATIONS FOR OLDER PERSONS
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. On behalf of the Ethel Foundation for the Aged,I am writing to appeal for your assistance in providing much-needed food donations to support vulnerable elderly individuals in our community. The event will take place on the 20th of July 2024 at Our Lady of Sorrows Kinungi Catholic Church Ground, located in Kinungi off Nairobi-Nakuru highway, and we would be honored to have your esteemed presence.
As an organization that specializes in processing food, we recognize your commitment to ensuring the availability of high-quality food products. We are contacting you because we believe that your support can have a significant impact on the lives of those in need, particularly our elderly community.
Our organization supports over 1000 elderly individuals in Naivasha,Nairobi,Meru and we are extending our outreach to Kisii. Through research we conducted for our beneficiaries, we realized that there is a significant number of elderly individuals who are facing considerable challenges in accessing an adequate supply of nutritious food. Factors such as limited incomes, health issues, and mobility constraints often make it difficult for individuals to meet their dietary needs, leading to food insecurity and its associated health risks.
In response to this pressing need, the Ethel Foundation for the Aged is dedicated to providing support and assistance to vulnerable elderly individuals. We are launching a campaign to collect food donations specifically aimed at addressing their needs. We are hoping to reach 500 beneficiaries who are vulnerable.reaching out to organizations like yours to request your participation in this important initiative.
