Mr. Nyagaka ONKOBA, is a career civil servant and diplomat who has served various State Departments within the Government of the Republic of Kenya for 30 years. These include but not limited to the Foreign Service Academy of Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Kenya’s Embassy in Jakarta – Indonesia with concurrent accreditation to Singapore and Philippines; Kenya’s Embassy in Harare – Zimbabwe with concurrent accreditation to Mozambique; Directorates at Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters and Technical Advisor to the Minister. He also has previous experience as an administrator in the State Department for Education. He holds an MA in International Development from UCL-UK, besides other professional courses in Peace Keeping Support Operations; Diplomacy and International Relations; Conflict Mapping, Resolution and Management; and Public Administration and Management.
